The Website
Good news! We don’t use cookies or any sneaky tracking tech here. The only thing we might ask for is your email address and where did you hear about us, and that’s only if you’re cool with sharing it through our form hosted by Tally.so, also an EU-made service – Check them out!
Our website is hosted in Switzerland through Infomaniak (a company registered and hosted in an EFTA country). However, we do not store any of your data in our website.
Analytics
We do track some analytics to understand how our landing page is performing. Don’t worry, it’s all self-hosted and fully anonymous, so your data stays with us and doesn’t wander off to third-party servers. Also, we use no cookies for it. No cookies, no problems!
How We Use Your Email
If you do share your email, we’ll use it to keep you in the loop about our awesome product and services. That’s it! No spam, no funny business.
Keeping Your Data Safe
We take the security of your info seriously. We do not move your info to any platform or service that is not LeafPlaza or Tally.
Your Rights
You’ve got the power! You can ask to see, correct, or delete your info anytime. Just shoot us an email at info@leafplaza.eu.
How Long We Keep Your Info
We’ll hang onto your email address only as long as we need it to keep you updated. If the law says we need to keep it longer or shorter, we will, but we won’t use it for anything else.

The good news
LeafPlaza does not collect anything that you’re not already sharing with us through the website and our forms.
- AT Protocol data (posts, images, etc) are stored in Lithuania through Hostinger (a company registered and headquartered in the EU).
- We have accessory hosting of other needs (e.g. our website and few services) in Switzerland through Infomaniak (a company registered and hosted in an EFTA country). We reserve our right to change our physical place of hosting, but it will always be EU/EFTA based and owned.
The bad news
- AT Protocol: while we control what we do with your data, we do not control what other AT Protocol instances could do with your data. This is the nature of the AT Protocol.
- Bluesky: we use code from Bluesky and the AT Protocol. All of it is open source, so you can review it by yourself. However, they do use third parties that may or may not collect information (e.g. Google’s Firebase). LeafPlaza aims to remove or replace these with EU/EFTA providers in full compliance with GDPR. However, this will take time. We will be updating this document as we move forward with this process.
We strongly encourage you to review Bluesky’s Privacy Policy and also the AT Protocol Privacy Notice, as it affects your content at least until we manage to decouple LeafPlaza further.
